Hiring: Short-Form Video Creator

We’re looking for a full-stack content creator who can dream up, shoot, host (and direct), and edit punchy vertical short-form videos that that our Ninepine fans will save, share and learn from.
Your daily mission is to turn raw moments into TikTok and Reels content (such as style tips, BTS, explainers, ASMR) that deliver real value and keep the community coming back for more.
JOB DETATILS
What you'll do
1/ Daily brand videos
- Work closely with our founder and content team to plan, film and edit a mix of short formats: interviews, BTS, ASMR, quick explainers, lifestyle clips, trend reactions. The aim of these is to bring the brand alive and generate value.
- Own the whole workflow yourself—idea, shoot, appear or direct, edit—for TikTok and Reels.
2/ Shoot-day content
- Join our bigger photo/video shoots and grab short clips while the crew works.
- Deliver ready-to-post edits within 24 hours.
You’re a fit if you…
- Are super-comfortable filming, lighting, voicing and editing for TikTok/IG Reels (CapCut or similar).
- Feel comfortable both on camera and behind it—able to host or direct
- Thrive on quick iterations and use data to improve hooks, pacing and watch time. E.g. data in the morning, new hook by the afternoon.
- Handle basic film gear: phone or mirrorless camera, small lights, wireless mic
- Love turning blank briefs into 20-second magic.
