Make a return, exchange or reclaim
To register a return, exchange or reclaim, please fill in your order number together with the email you used to make that order in the portal below. After registering your errand successfully, you should receive an email with a receipt and label (for returns).
Note that exchanges and reclaims (product issues) are manually checked so please expect an email from us.

Returning from the UK, Norway, Switzerland or any other non-EU country? Please ensure you attach the commercial invoice that you should receive to the package.
